Road Stage 2026: Říčky as the Base for a Cycling Race

June 2026 brought a cycling event of a different kind to the Eagle Mountains. Road Stage Orlické hory — a road stage race that chose one of the most beautiful mountain regions in the Czech Republic for its route — and Wellness Hotel Říčky became its official accommodation partner.

Road Stage is not a race for recreational cyclists. It's a performance road race with a route running through the hills, passes and roads that the Eagle Mountains offer in abundance. Racers, support teams and organizers needed a base — and Říčky had plenty to offer. The hotel welcomed racers and their support crews, providing accommodation, meals and space to recover after demanding stages.
